I'm a certified Yoga teacher and fitness coach with 6 years of experience in the industry. I specialize in helping people of all ages and fitness levels to reach their  goals, whether that’s losing weight, building muscle, or improving their overall health and well- being.

My Fitness Journey

I was not the same as I am today.

Prior to 2017, I struggled with a host of medical conditions that affected my mobility and overall health. At the time, I was overweight and dealing with chronic knee pain & had multiple surgeries as well. These conditions left me feeling discouraged and frustrated, and I struggled to find a way to improve my health and fitness.

However, with time, patience, and determination, I was able to turn my life around. I began to focus on making positive lifestyle changes, including adopting a healthier diet and incorporating regular exercise into my daily routine. Through hard work and dedication, I was able to shed the extra weight and build up my strength and endurance.

Now, as a Health Coach, I am able to connect with other women who may be struggling with similar challenges. My personal experience gives me a unique perspective and allows me to offer valuable advice and support to my clients. My knowledge and expertise in the field of fitness, coupled with my personal experience, make me an effective and empathetic instructor. I am able to tailor my programs to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients, helping them to achieve the results they desire.

Beyond the physical benefits of exercise, I am also able to help my clients develop a positive mindset and build up their self-confidence. I understand the emotional struggles that often accompany physical challenges, and I am able to provide my clients with the tools they need to overcome these obstacles and achieve their full potential.
